ABOUT OUR MEMORIAL FUND

The Stacy Stott Memorial Fund (SSMF) was established by Stacy’s mom, Susan Stott. On August 25, 2002 Stacy was returning home with her brother Stephen from a National Cheerleading Association camp when she was killed in a car accident. A life-long resident of Lowell, MA she had just completed four years at Lowell High School . She was to attend Regis College in Weston, MA. Stacy had been involved in cheerleading, dance and gymnastics since junior high school. In an effort to keep Stacy’s spirit, enthusiasm for life and passion for cheerleading alive, the SSMF involves itself in the pursuit of fundraising and corporate sponsorship so that we can provide financial assistance to deserving college-bound students. To that end, we ask your support and welcome you to visit our site.
