Inter-generational Project                                                                                                       The Creative Expressions Project encompassed the experience of seniors, the energy of teens, and the creativity of children to create works of art by the children. The project promoted artistic expression and story telling among the children who participated through art. The goals of the project were to foster appreciation of the arts, to provide opportunities for positive self-expression, to eradicate inter-generational stereotypes, and to link literacy and learning to the visual arts.

Smart Arts Program                                                                                                                The Smart Art program introduced girls to artistic techniques as well as built trust and communication to work on social and behavioral issues. Art was used to help manage anger and emotions and the girls were exposed to some components of Healthy Choices.
